The Shah Lab for Early Childhood Development at Rocket Learning is dedicated to catalyzing early childhood development practice. Our mission is to improve the lives of children and their families through innovative research and evidence-based practices.
India’s Anganwadi network is the world’s largest early childhood system: 1.3 million centers impacting 50 million children in the 0-6 age group.

Our Initiatives
The Shah Lab for ECD at Rocket Learning runs 3 sets of initiatives to improve ECD for the poorest children. Impacting 1MM children and 70,000 teachers across 6 states currently, with the goal of impacting 50MM children in the next 5 years.
